The relationship between humans and elephants has had its ups and downs. For the most part elephants react very well to humans. Yet the won’t tolerate being treated terribly. Some people are out to destroy them thinking that hunting of these massive animals is the ultimate thrill. But this boy has made a close relation with a family of elephants that must make you amazed.
Rene, who is half German, half Belgian and his family currently reside with Hungary’s National Circus at Lake Balafon with their five African elephants. This 20-year-old is a seventh generation animal trainer and is in his forth year performing for the country’s circus.

Casselly, who currently performs with the National Hungarian Circus is seen in the video with two of his elephants used in his performances. The video starts out with the boy preparing to jump on one elephant’s trunk before his daring back flip in the air. The acrobat performs stunts with his elephants, which include being flicked and flipped in the air with their trunks and tumbling from one elephant to another. Rene insists that his elephants are trained only with positive enforcement, using their favorite foods to teach them tricks; such as watermelon, bananas and apples.
